The former police Publicist on Friday had a memorable moment with President Yoweri Museveni during his rally in Mityana district where Nabakooba who is the NRM flag bearer is contesting for the woman MP seat.
As Museveni delivered his speech, the old man with the hat decided to invite the sex oozing Nabakooba to address his crowds.
It is at this magical but tense moment that the former police boss almost ‘killed’ the NRM presidential candidate with a striking smile who in return winked back.
The eye contact between the two spoke volumes and seemingly left each of their blood boiling at 212 degrees Fahrenheit
