In his latest dossier, Tumwebaze attributes Besigye’s renewed street protests on the fact that the three time presidential candidate has election-phobia having been defeated thrice.

Tumwebaze says this is the reason the former FDC president is igniting protests to prevent the 2016 elections from taking place.

He argues that the calls for electoral reforms is something Besigye is using to legitimize his protests yet in actual sense its fear for a 4th straight defeat that is pushing him into chaos.

Tumwebaze thanks the people of Uganda for shunning the renewed protests and police for being very decisive in nipping them in the bud.

He also claims Besigye is envious of Gen Muntu the very reason his recently launched FDC policy agenda didn’t attract sufficient support from Besigye and other militants in FDC.
