Rihanna Buys $12 Million Mansion

mansion12Earlier this year, Rihanna purchased a brand new five bedroom home in Barbados, and gave it to her mother Monica Braithwaite.

Now, the super diva has added to her property assortment by buying a $12million Pacific Palisades mansion in Los Angeles, California.

Rihanna, 24, spared no expense on the luxury property that has pretty much every amenity that any girl in the world could ask for.

Aerial shots of the magnificent mansion show the sprawling grounds which are surrounded by mature Oak and Sycamore trees.

With the added privacy and serenity that the greenery adds, Rihanna will be able to throw some of her legendary parties in peace.

The newly constructed home is around 11,000 sq ft and sits on approximately 33,541 sq ft of lot.

It is elevated and poised against the mountain with more than enough space for Rihanna’s family and friends to stay over.

Although the property is huge it only has seven bedrooms, but it also includes nine bathrooms and a media and games room to hang out in.

For the culinary wizard in Rihanna there is also an expansive cutting edge kitchen and an extra large dining room with a 14 foot ceiling to serve up her meals.

Now she has a super wide zero edge swimming pool to host shindigs at that come equipped with a poolside BBQ and bar.

The only downside to the property is that Rihanna will only have space for four cars in her garage although there is extra outdoor space in the motor-courtyard.

This smart home is easy to maintain and manage, with every feature of the property including lights, media, fireplaces, alarm, air conditioning and the 12 foot Fleetwood pocket doors operated by one remote control.
