Uganda Cranes Cancel Ghana Camp Ahead of Crunch Tie

Uganda cranes will not have a preparatory camp in Accra as earlier Stated by FUFA. This has been due to lack of untimely flight connections. The Uganda Cranes will now fly direct into Monrovia City for their 2014 World Cup Qualifiers game against Liberia due on Sunday.

According to FUFA, the decision to cancel out the camp was not based on Ghana refusing to play the Cranes.

In a statement FUFA says they were going to Ghana for A pre-match Camp but have Now Decided To cancel it.

The team will now leave Entebbe International Airport on Friday morning at 1:40am via Addis Ababa and Accra cities. Geoffrey Massa and Joseph Ochaya will link up with the rest of the delegation in Accra.

Meanwhile, the rest of the players attended training today except Henry Kalungi who is expected in the country later tonight
