GO Uganda Cranes! it’s our Time

Today Evening Uganda will take on Liberia at Namboole, as Milutin ‘Micho’ Sredojevic makes his Home debut as Uganda Cranes coach.

Cranes have to beat Liberia today evening to restore public hope and trust which has gone with the Subsequent Losses we suffered in Previous Campaign, which saw Uganda Miss out on the 2012 and 2013 Africa Cup of Nations.

Micho has been trying to get the team into shape, dropping and recalling a host of players; he also has a group of professionals to choose from, which should give him options in selection. With Geofrey Massa and Emma Okwi Likely to Lead the Attack, we may Have Moses Oloya on the Right wing, with Dennis Guma expected in Defence.

With Massa Upfront, AIK Stockholm’s Martin Mutumba may start on the bench, while its an easy choice between Robert Odongkara and Abel Dhaira with the latter expected to stand in Goal.

This is game is a must win for the cranes if they are to stand any chance of qualifying for brazil 2014, and the pressure is on for the Lads in camp.

The Liberians have been training at Nakivubo stadium Aided by their Nations FA technical Director and one time World footballer of the year, George Weah.
