Tanzania coach Kim Poulsen warns Uganda that they will cause an upset in Kampala and eject Uganda from the 2014 CHAN qualifiers.
“We are here to win the match and Uganda should be warned. If they could beat us 1-0 in our own backyard, we can also stop them here in their home,” the coach whose team refused to train from the FUFA allocated Nakivubo Stadium on Thursday morning.
While Uganda need only a draw of any margin to qualify for the CHAN finals to take place in South Africa next year, Tanzania need a 2-0 win to eject the Cranes.
Danish-born Poulsen said Tanzania has improved a lot and will play their hearts out on Saturday.
“We know what to expect against Uganda because they are a strong side, but we are also ready to show that we are a strong team and can qualify away from home,” he added.
Experienced goalkeeper Juma Kaseja will skipper the Taifa Stars team, while the team will also look to industrious Mrisho Ngassa and John Bocco for the goals.
