A heavy stench led concerned residents to investigate the cause leading to the discovery of the decomposing body.

This is the second person to be found murdered in Lwengo.

Barely a week ago, was the mutilated body of a five year old Nakawanga Primary School pupil discovered dumped in a swamp.

Imelda Tibugurwa’s body had been burned after what seemed like ritualistic sacrifices had been performed on her.

She was found to be missing her tongue and her private parts.

Tibugurwa resided in Nakawanga LC1 ‘B’ in Kisekka with her father Tadeo Kyalimpa.

The officer in charge of Kinoni Police station David Karugaba says it is currently not possible to identify the man because his body did not have any identification papers on him.

Karugaba speculates that the man could have been murdered elsewhere and his body transferred there.

The body has been taken to hospital for post-mortem to determine the cause of death.
