Uganda Cup winners SC Victoria University has been working on improving its finishing before its next match in the FUFA Super League, against Uganda Revenue Authority Football Club on Tuesday 29 October at Namboole Stadium.

SCVU played to a one-all draw with BIDCO FC on last Friday on the back of a 1-0 loss to Proline and a 0-0 stalement against defending champions KCC and the team’s Head Coach Alex Isabirye says their main undoing in the matches was they failed to convert the many chances they created.

“We totally dominated the match and outplayed BIDCO but finishing was the problem. We created a lot of chances but could not just put the ball in the net, “ Isabirye told our reporter in a phone chat.

“We have been working on this. We need to be clinical in our finishing and I hope this will be the case in today’s match,” he added.

SCVU are currently in fourth place on 19 points, a single point off leaders KCC, URA and Soana.
