Kenya Start CECAFA Camp

Neighbours Harambee Stars have kick started their preparations for the CECAFA Senior challenge Cup that starts in Nairobi on November 27th with a residential camp at the Moi International Sports Center Kasarani.

trainThe team that has keeper Jerim Onyango (Gor Mahia) as the biggest returnee to the national fold handled by Belgian coach Adel Amrouche reported to Kasarani camp on Monday less than two weeks to the tourney.

Uganda Cranes are defending champions.

Goalkeepers – Jerim Onyango (Gor Mahia), Wilson Obungu (Bandari), Wycliffe Kasaya (Sony Sugar), Duncan Ochieng (Sofapaka).

Defenders – Joackins Atudo (Azam FC), Shariff Mohammed (Bandari), David Owino & Musa Mohammed (Gor Mahia), Abdallah Juma (AFC Leopards), Sammy Mejja (Thika United), Mulinge Ndetto (Ulinzi Stars).

Midfielders – Antony Akumu (Gor Mahia), Francis Kahata & David King’atua (Thika United), Peter Opiyo, Paul Were, (AFC Leopards), Shaban Kenga (Bandari).

Strikers – Allan Wanga & Noah Wafula (AFC Leopards), Jacob Kelli (KCB), Mungai Kiongera, Edwin Lavatsa (Gor Mahia).
