Sudan Detained In Hotel Ahead Of CECAFA Final Against Kenya
The Sudan national team which is to play Harambee Stars in the CECAFA finals this evening is being detained in Milele Hotel where they have been spending since the tournament started. The hotel management want all the bills which have accumulated to be paid in cash not even a cheque will do.
Kenya faces a very experienced and impressive Sudanese side that has beaten them in two recent meetings. Coach Amrouche will be a man under pressure to deliver his first trophy for the team and even though he has been categorical that winning the regional tournament is not his priority, he is nonetheless obligated to deliver.
