Lutaaya’s Crew Survives Nasty Accident

Members of De New Eagles band survived a nasty accident over the weekend as they were heading to Mukono for a show dubbed Bye Bye Eagles Production.

The accident occurred on Saturday evening in Seeta town which is about 18 km from Kampala.

According to eyewitnesses, the car that was transporting singers of De New Eagles collided with the fuel trailer.

“The car is the one that rammed into the trailer. The owner of the car was over speeding,” said the eyewitness.

Artistes like Baby Rich, Alisha Busulwa, Jemima Namatovu and their manager Dick Ssewankambo were in a Toyota Ipsum car registration number UAL 070A was deformed after the accident but they came out alive and kicking.

By the time of the accident, Geoffrey Lutaaya and Irena Namatovu were already in Mukono for the concert.

Bye Bye Eagles production concert was held at Collin Hotel Mukono on Saturday.
