The ticketing information for the 2015 AFCON preliminary round qualifying match between Uganda Cranes and Madagascar’s Berea has been released.
According to a communique from the Federation of Uganda Football Associations , an unspecified total of tickets have been printed and will be going for the open stands will cost 20,000 while 50,000 is the tag attached to the VIP.
Security has been beefed up and all fans have been advised to arrive early at the venue to avoid congestion, also all vehicles will be parked at the designated parking zones and no vehicle will be allowed to park at the VIP area, read the communique in part.
Speaking at the weekly FUFA press conference in Mengo, Finance Director Decolas Kiiza urged the fans to secure tickets from designated selling points to avoid buying fake tickets.
The game is set to be played on Sunday 31 May at the Mandela National Stadium in Namboole from 1600hours.
The first leg saw the hosts winning 2-1 but Uganda got that consolation goal (a 90th minute Hamis Kiiza penalty) to keep hopes of progression alive.
Tickets go on sale this Friday 23rd May, 2014.
