Uganda Cranes and Uganda Revenue Authority Football Club midfielder Oscar Agaba has lost his father Mr. Tusiime Richard who passed on on the night of Monday 21 March in Ntungamo.
The late Mr. Tusiime’s send off plans are still underway with Agaba travelling back home for the burial that will take place tomorrow in Ntungamo-Rwakibizi Village at 04:00pm.
Speaking to Red Pepper Online, Aex Isabirye, the head coach at URA passed his condolences to the player’s family, terming the sad demise a great loss to the nation as well.
“This is indeed a sad moment for the URA, Oscar Agaba’s family as well as the country at large and as a club we would like to pass our condolences to the family and friends following the occurrence.”
The cub also had this to say on their official website: “URA F.C extends its sympathies to the player, his family, friends and workmates in Uganda Police, May the almighty keep you strong in this trying moment.”
“It is our prayer that the Lord grants them will to move on and our assurance is that we are with the whole family at this hard time, Isabirye added in a phone chat with our reporter.
