Uganda XI Against Guinea in PICTURES
Guinea vs Uganda, SS7, (4pm Morocco, 7pm Uganda)
Uganda Cranes coach, Micho Sredojevic has named a 4-5-1 lineup to start against Guinea dropping Lweza midfielder Mike Sserumaga who started Saturday’s Nations Cup qualifier against Ghana.

Returning to the Cranes fold for the first time since a bench appearance in the shootout defeat to Zambia October of 2012, Sserumaga showed flashes of brilliance, spraying passes but has been replaced by Kenyan based defensive midfielder Geoffrey Baba Kizito who was a late substitute against Ghana.

The other change to the team that started was back suspension leftback Godfrey Walusimbi replacing Brian Majwega who moves further upfront on the left flank. Dennis Onyango in goal, skipper Andy Mwesigwa, Savio Kabugo – scorer against Ghana, and Isaac Isinde completing the back four while Baba’ Kizito alongside Tonny Mawejje and Farouq Miya – Majwega in a more solid centre of the park.

The Serb also has Kizito Luwagga at the tip of the diamond just behind lone striker Geoffrey Massa.
With one game left, Ghana top Group E standings with eight points; with Uganda and Guinea on seven. The Cranes, however, boast a better goal difference. Togo are bottom with six.

A Uganda draw, without caring about what happens between Ghana and Togo in Tamale, will deliver Cranes to the Promised Land since the East Africans have a better head-to-head with Ghana and Guinea.
