The President encouraged the people of Pallisa district to utilize Army Officers sent to their area to oversee the ‘Operation Wealth Creation’ programme in order to eradicate poverty in their homes.
He told the gathering that funds that were squandered by NAADS officials, will now be used by the Army Officers to buy seedlings that will be distributed to people free of charge.
