The warrant is in execution of a similar case involving businessman Andrew Kawuki.

Bwanga who also claims to be President Yoweri Museveni’s advisor was first arrested on January 16 this year over this very debt which was then amounting to Shs654m.

When she was arrested then, she was committed to civil prison where she spent close to a week.

She later made partial payment of the debt and she was released.

Court records show that Bwanga sold land in Nateete that belonged to her late mother to a businessman Andrew Kawuki.

“When I saw that she even had a lead car full of police escorts, I indeed believed that she worked with State House and was genuine. I was shocked later to discover that the land she had sold to me belonged to Abdul Lule. I faced difficulty accessing her to claim my money because she was heavily guarded until when I decided to go to court,” Kawuki told journalists outside court.

He said Nakawa court heard the case and ordered her to refund him Shs329,200,000/= he had paid her with interest of 28% and costs which brought the total amount to Shs654,871,333/=.

Armed with this judgment, Kawuki rushed to the Execution and Bailiffs that issued an arrest warrant against Bwanga.
