SC Villa Yesterday March 26, sacked head coach Sam Ssimbwa after a five month spell at the Mityana based club.
Villa President Eng. Emmanuel Ben Misagga confirmed the decision urging that the team during Ssimbwa’s tenure has faced numerical technical and administrative outfits.
“We shall announce today that our relationship with Ssimbwa has been officially terminated,” reads the club statement released to the media yesterday.
Ssimbwa had taken over the management of the club after Steven Bogere was booted in October last year.
Our highly placed sources have revealed that Ssimbwa’s relationship with the Villa Park side has worsening day by day after losing the dress room command.
A couple of weeks ago, Ssimbwa boycotted training sessions at Nakivubo stadium following the suspension of Steven Bengo.
A clique of fans has been criticizing Ssimbwa’s team selection and tactical ability.
