Vipers who are closer to a second league title with each passing round of fixtures suffered a draw back in their title chase after a dramatic 1-1 shocking draw at the expense of struggling Soana FC in Buikwe.

With a five point gap ahead of second placed SC Villa, Edward Golola’s men have to get their groove back because a loss will cause second placed Villa to close the gap to two points.

Vipers trio Keziron Kizito, Miya Farouk and goalkeeper Ismael Watenga are all expected to be back into the squad after featuring at the Cranes 18 man squad Nigeria last week.

SC Villa will be hosting Jinja based side BUL FC; both sides will be under the stewardship of interim managers.

Ibrahim Kirya will be in control of the Jogoos touch line while Joseph Mutyaba will be on the touchline for the Jinja based club.

In Other fixture, SC Victoria University will play URA at Namboole.

SCVU have enjoyed bliss ever since Politician Mohammed Nsereko took over ownership.

URA will play with an eye focused at hosting South African based Orlando Pirates in the CAF Confederation Cup this weekend.

Sadolin FC will host Police while Simba at Bombo will be playing Soana FC.
