The 16 time record league winners confirmed the development yesterday with the club’s reining president, Ben Misagga who is vying for massive changes to bring back the glory times the club has ever had at one time.

“It is true we have a mutual agreement with Flores and he agreed to sign a two year contract while in charge of Villa, he is expected to start work in July,” Misagga confirmed.

Flores’s first visit to Villa was in March this year although he was then unveiled to media as a scout whose assignment was to connect SC Villa players to European clubs.

The 42 year old Spaniard has been the head coach of the U-16 Polideportivo Aguadulce, a team that plays in Andaluza league which is in the 5th level of competition in Spanish League Football.

The signature of Antonio Flores comes after rivals KCC FC unveiled Mike Mutebi and Sam Simbwa as club manager and assistant respectively in contracts which will see the former two legends run the club for three years.
