With just four minutes to the final whistle, defender Richard Kasagga notched the equalizer for the Kobs.
Express’ new players Mike Sulaiman Mutyaba , Ceaser Okhuti looked a threat to the Kob’s as they were seen launching several counter attacks.
Cranes head Coach Mlutin Micho however is still convicted that his boys can still make it to the next round.
“This match was important to us, we have used it to correct our mistakes as we enter the final bend to the return leg on Saturday but I will admit that we still need to be sharper in front of goal,” Said Micho
The Kobs host Egyptian Young Pharaohs this Saturday 1st August 2015 at Nelson Mandela national stadium, Namboole.
Uganda will be vying to reverse a 4-0 deficit they suffered during their first leg tour to Egypt in Alexandria two weeks ago.
