Porn Addicts Jubilate As Lokodo Fails To Procure Pornography Detecting Machine

The State Minister for Ethics and Integrity Fr. Simon Lokodo has finally given up on the purchase of the Pornography detecting machine saying he has no money to procure it.

This has prompted a massive cerebration among porn addicts who have been living in fear of being nabbed watching the x rated clips.

While appearing before the Presidential Affairs Committee chaired by Hon. Fred Mwesigye on Tuesday, Lokodo noted that his ministry does not have money allocated it to purchase the machine.

By saying this, Lokodo contradicted himself because he once said that the machine had already been procured.

“These guys gave me a soothing word that money was on my budget for the operationalization of the Pornography Control Committee and I knew that once the committee is in place, the next thing to purchase would be this server,” Lokodo said.

Lokodo has shockingly revealed that the machine would cost Sh300bn to 500bn, according to the earlier contacted supplier from South Korea.

“I am waiting for the money and if I got it I would have bought it yesterday,” Lokodo said.

According to Fr. Lokodo, for the anti-pornography committee which is already in place to perform effectively, they need the pornography detector to ease their work.

He therefore demanded for more money in order to make everything right as expected in his ministry.

“To make the committee perform its duties effectively, including accommodation, transport, field work and office equipment; I would need around Sh2.6bn.”
