A reliable source also revealed to us that on arrival, Winnie and the Children will head to her mother’s home and will only show face on the real last day when the speaker will finally be laid to rest on Friday.

Mourners ,among Members of Parliament, government officials, dignitaries and common Ugandans have been shocked all this while by  the  absence of  Lady Winnie Amoo Okot and his daughter.

Oulanyah’s children from his late wife are the only ones who have so far turned up for the funeral, leaving many people wondering where Lady Winnie or the daughters she produced with him are.

The body of Oulanyah, who was the Speaker of parliament for only 11 months, is set to spend the night at the August house tonight  after which his remains will be taken to Kololo Independence Grounds for the public to pay last respects to him.

On Thursday the body will be driven to Oulanyah’s ancestral home in Omoro district.

However, although by now Lady Winnie, who is based in America, is expected to have flown into the country with his two daughters, they are nowhere to be seen, something that has left many mourners wondering whether she will attend the burial or not.

.It should however be noted that Lady Winnie, who  divorced Oulanyah in 2016, has since gotten married to an American  identified as Derek Allison, for whom she produced a son, whom she is raising with Oulanyah’s daughters
