Airtel Opens New shop In Lira

Airtel Uganda opened a new premium customer care center in Lira Town on Friday July 25.

The function was presided over by His Lordship Moris Odongo and was attended by officials from Airtel Uganda, representatives from Lira Town Council as well as members of the Lira business community.

As part of its efforts to enhance customer experience, Airtel Uganda has continued to launch premium shops and customer care centers country wide with more openings to follow in the months to come.

With various partnerships with Huawei, Nokia and Samsung, this guarantees that the shop will have exclusive products from these companies available.

Speaking on behalf of the Airtel managing director, Mr. Michael Walekwa of Airtel Uganda said that extending the Airtel network services signals a real stake in the ground for leadership in the telecommunications industry.

“It has been our endeavor to enhance the customer experience for our more than 7.2 million customers. Through our service centers found in central and accessible locations, convenient opening hours, and superior merchandise, we have an opportunity to give our customers the overall retail experience that Airtel hasto offer. The launch of more shops around the country is a significant achievement for us and underlines the importance of engaging with our consumers on a daily basis,” Walekwa added.
