Ladies and gentlemen, expect no more strikes at Makerere University.
If what we hear is anything to go by, then there is a reason for parents to rejoice.
We are told, the education minister Maj. Jessica Alupo together with the administration of Makerere university have clinched a deal where strikes will now be part of the issues to be taught in the college of history.
Snoops tell us that Alupo, Kagonyera and Edward Ddumba were involved in a secret meeting where they crafted new modalities of how to run that oldest university.
“Part of the deal is that Makerere is supposed to file weekly reports to the minister about the situation at the university. This will help Alupo to see what challenges are at the university and opportunities that can be employed to avert any threats. There are no more strikes at Makerere,” a snoop stated.
Well, the picture explains properly what we are saying!!
