‪First Lady Opens ‘Born Free’ Conference 


The long awaited Born Free Conference kicked off Wednesday with Ugandan First Lady Janet Museveni officially opening the secondary schools and university students’ three day summit.

The conference, the first of its kind is currently underway at the Covenant Nations Church in Luzira, a Kampala suburb.

“Maama Janet opens the first ever Born Free Conference at Covenant Nations Church. What a great day! So much fun with the kids from different schools. Gearing up for day 2 & believing Father God for even greater things,” Patience Rwabwogo, a church leader revealed after the grand opening on Wednesday.

According to the organisers, the conference will have a grand climax with a concert featuring Lota House artists, the dynamic, talented and celebrated artists from Zambia. Uganda gospel crooners; Coopy Bly, Kimera, G-way and Ruyonga and host of other entertainers are expected to grace the occasion.
