In-form Mubs Resume Beach Soccer Season On A High

Makerere University Business School (Mubs) never disappoint their fans. They played with unbelievable conviction and it was no surprise that Mubs outlasted Zai Plaza as the second round of the Pepsi National Beach soccer league kicked off  at Lido Beach on Sunday evening.

Nkubi Brian who just crossed from defending champions St Lawrence University netted four times on his debut for the Pepsi Inter-university Beach Soccer Championship holders.

Nkubi has now scored 24 goals in 8 games played so far this season. He ended the first round on 20 goals and remains the leading scorer in the league.

St Lawrence were beaten 5-2 by Makerere University in. Muyingo Nicholas scored all the five goals for MUK in the University battle.
