Kabale, Soroti Get Airtel Service Centers

Airtel Uganda, a leading telecommunications company, has increased its countrywide presence by opening more premium service centers in Kabale and Soroti districts in Uganda.

Located on Kisoro Street, the Kabale premium service center was opened at a colorful function officiated by Kabale Resident District Commissioner, Mr. Darius Nandida, Airtel Money Director Mr. NuhuKanyiike, Local leaders, Airtel Uganda staff members as well as representatives from the Kabale business community. The Shop in Soroti was opened by the Airtel Uganda Supply Chaim Director, Mr. Patrice Namisano.

According to Mr. Tom Gutjahr, the Managing Director of Airtel Uganda, “These shops that we are opening all over the country set the tone for what a retail telecommunications environment should be in the 21st century.” “Airtel Uganda is growing and investing in communities; that’s the reason why we are opening this shopsall over the country. It reflects Airtel’s core values of engaging with our consumers and bringing our services closer to them, wherever they are,” he added.

Throughout this year, Airtel Uganda has been actively growing its presence across the country and has opened premium shops and customer care centers in Fort Portal, Mbarara, Arua, Mbale, Kampala, Jinja, Lira, Entebbe and now Kabale and Soroti. These shops offer a bouquet of services and will see customers enjoy fast and convenient customer service with all their needs taken care of as quickly as possible in a welcoming and customer-friendly environment.

The premium shops also ensure that communities are served adequately with top class, innovative services and have accessibility to Airtel’s full range of data, voice and Airtel Money capabilities.
