They are also not supposed to appear for nomination and campaigns when in those facilities.

On Friday this week, the display and update of NRM register will begin.

The training of candidates in central and western Uganda is for Sunday 16 August.

The election for structures will take place between August 15-20.

The nominations for members of parliament will begin on September-7th.

Others to be nominated within this period include district councilors and municipal leaders.

The polling day for NRM primaries has been slated for September 25.

The NRM national conference to elect the presidential flag bearer and national leadership will take place on October 2, 2015.

Later, he announced that he had given up on grabbing NRM flag and he will stand as an independent.
