NATIONAL ENTREPRENEURS LEAGUE ELECTIONS: King Ceasor, Sanjay Tanna Supporters Cry Foul
NRM CEC elections came and went but not without leaving marks that may for a long time dent the national character of the National Resistance Movement Party.

Even after stepping aside for Hassan Basajjabalaba, leading contenders for the race for National Chairperson Entrepreneurs League, King Ceasor and Sanjay Tanna were paid in turn by complete exclusion of their supporters in the executive elections.
Instead the elections saw the Chairmanship going to Western Uganda’s Basajjabalaba, Secretary, Treasurer and Publicity positions also went to Western Uganda.
The core of Hon. Sanjay Tanna’s support from Eastern and Northern Uganda came out of the elections a sidelined group and yet their inclusion could have assuaged their Principal’s pain. Another missed opportunity for the League to encompass all regions in its structure.
Ultimately, exclusion of Tanna and his supporters perpetuates a CEC that risks alienating key demographics. His inclusion would signal inclusivity, boost economic innovation, and solidify NRM’s base through balanced representation. In a nation where commerce intersects politics, overlooking such a figure undermines sustainable progress.
