Housing Finance Bank Clarifies on Downtime
Under our Gossip segment, we reported that Housing Finance Bank suspended National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) payments on their HFB Mobile Banking platform.
We would like to clarify that while the NWSC payments system is temporarily down, the Bank is currently working around the clock to resolve the issue on the platform.
Housing Finance Bank mgt has clarified that whereas the system is down, it hasn’t been hacked into.
