Ministry of Agriculture staff drinks himself silly, undresses

Talk of town is a Ministry of Agriculture staff who drunk himself silly and lost it to whoever cared to see.

A one Silas Ekadu that works with the Ministry has made it his habit to hobnob all bars in the suburbs of Nakwero-Gayaza and Eden Gardens in Kisasi making a fool of himself.

According to eyewitness, Over the weekend Silas visited the above two bars with in a circle of friends. The group started drinking in the early hours of the weekend. His group mates later left him. Silas drunk bottle to bottle until he couldn’t recognize anyone in his sight.

As if that wasn’t enough, Silas crawled to another bar still in Nakwero called Spartans bar. At this bar, Silas ordered for more booze that sent him into deep sleep. He woke up by friends who cared to take him back home. As they fought with him, he undressed himself and he didn’t want to make any move from there.
