Senegal’s Papise Cisse to miss Cranes tie
Uganda’s football team, the Cranes which will be traveling to Conakry, Guinea in September faces a Senegalese team without lethal striker Papiss Demba Cisse.
Being Senegal’s leading scorer in the campaign with half of their eight goals, he will miss Group J’s final game in September after he picked up a second yellow card in Monrovia.
Senegal currently tops group J with nine points, one more than Uganda.Micho’s charges need a win to progress to the the final round of the qualifiers.while Senegal can do with a draw.
Meanwhile, Cranes also have six players on a yellow heading to Conakry while Denis Onyango will be available after serving his suspension in Uganda’s 1-0 win over Liberia.
