Comics Miss Flight to UK

Like they say, you can get one out of the village but not the village out of him.

Comedians Amooti, Mc Kapale and Kere Kere saw the unfunny side of life when they missed their flight to UK last Friday.

It should be noted that the trio was booked to perform in the Queen’s land by Alim Mosh, an events promoter based in UK under Exposed Uganda Ent UK on Saturday 22nd August at a show dubbed ‘Stress Free Night’.

The comedians were supposed to travel by KQ. A source reveals that the trio could have missed the flight because of their poor command in the queen’s language and had no one to guide them once at Entebbe International Airport due to their limited knowledge in travelling.

“The plane took off while they were still at the airport seated. They only realized that they had missed the flight an hour after takeoff” intimates the source.

As a result, the show promoter was forced to reschedule the date to 28th August at the White House formerly Gala Bingo Hall-London.

“On behalf of Exposed Uganda Ent UK, I would like to apologize for the last minute cancelation of today’s London comedy show, due to unforeseen circumstances. But all those that purchased tickets please keep them safely as they will be valid on the new rescheduled date at the same venue,” Mosh said in his official statement.

To avoid a repeat of the incident, snoops have established that the promoter has hired an English translator to assist the comedians once they land at London Heathrow Airport.
