REVEALED! Why Oulanyah’s ex -wife, Children missed his burial

Fallen Speaker Jacob Lokori Oulanyah’s former wife Lady Winnie Amoo Okot, who is based in America, missed his burial.
As it was expected, Okot was expected to fly into the country this week with Oulanyah’s two daughters ahead of the burial that is underway right now at Oualanyah’s ancestral home in Ajuri village, Lalogi Sub-county, Omoro District.

The late Jacob’s brother has finally come out to reveal why lady Winnie missed the burial.
In his own words, he stated that: “ My late brother married a lady called Winnie Akot after the death of his wife Dorothy. However, by the time of his death, the two were separated and she is currently living in the US. A week before Jacob’s death, Winnie, and their two daughters spoke to him. Unfortunately, they couldn’t make it in time for burial since Winnie has a very young child. But she told me in an appropriate time, she will come with the children to lay flowers on his grave.”
The only orphans at the funeral are the children Oulanyah begot from his departed wife and his youngest son.
So in total Oulanyah left behind six orphans.
The funeral service is being conducted by the Archbishop of Uganda Steven Kazimba Mugalu, together with the former Archbishop, Henry Luke Orombi.
