Inner Circle to Star at Jinja Expo

Info reaching Red Pepper’s Online desk is that Legendary Jamaican band, Inner Circle, famed for their sensational Sweat(A la la la la long) have been confirmed for next week’s Jinja Tourism Expo.

The show slated for May 28^th at the source of the Nile Hotel has been dubbed ‘Reggae on the Nile’

“The band will be the highlight of the festivities code named painting the City brighter, showcasing Jinja’s tourism, investment and development potential,” says the source.

Other activities that will take place include a rugby match between Uganda and Kenya, a carnival, painting of old buildings and filling cracked roads among others.

The Expo is Aimed at regaining the lost glory of Busoga Kingdom Capital with over 70 factories and the power station at the Owen falls dam plus variety of sites that attract both local and international tourists.
