Man Jumps Off Building In Nateete, Dies Instantly

Police in Kampala are investigating circumstances under which a man from Nateete, a Kampala suburb died after jumping off a building.
Luke Owoyesigyire, the Kampala Metropolitan Police deputy spokesperson says the deceased, a one Sseguya Trevor Mathew from Nateete, climbed up to third floor of one of the buildings and jumped, killing himself instantly.
‘’The Police at Nateete are currently investigating a suspected suicide that happened today 18th October 2022 at about 1 pm’’, said Owoyesigyire.
The Police were informed by the building manager, and they responded and took the body of the deceased to City mortuary Mulago.
The motive of the suicide is currently unknown but investigations into the matter have commenced.
Owoyesigyire says the deceased’s family has been notified.
