Every year, Nkumba University Guild organizes a beauty pageant to crown the cutest babe at the academic tower in Entebbe.
Last year, Phiona Mulungi was crowned the hottest babe from the university. And since then, she has been hunting for the event organizers to no avail after they failed to give her, her winning gifts which included a car.
And now we can reveal that her reign will come to an end this weekend at Imperial Resort Beach.
