More Professional Players Enter Cranes Camp

Barely two days to the long anticipated tie that will see Uganda off to play Togo in 2018 is FIFA World Cup Russia qualifier, the Cranes camp has geared up due to the arrival of more professional players.

South African based duo Ivan Bukenya and versatile midfielder Yasser Mugerwa on Monday afternoon arrived in the camp at Lubowa Bible University.

The other latest players to join the camp are; Portugues based and Rio Ave FC attacker William Luwaga Kizito and right full back Dennis Iguma.

The four join other players who had already started serious residential training with team skipper Geofrey Massa in command, experienced Tony Mawejje, Moses Oloya, Goefrey Baba Kizito amaong others.

Meanwhile Cranes shot stopper Denis Onyango, Aucho Khalid, Geoffrey Walusimbi and Salim Jamal are expected to jet in before Tuesday evening.

The Uganda Cranes in command of Coach Micho had a light training session at Planet Fitness Gym and SPA in Namugongo before switching to Lubowa Bible Society.
