From Art and Design Student to Music Sensation: The Story of Bash Luks

In a remarkable transition, Bash Luks has emerged from the realm of art and design to establish himself in the music industry. Originally from Kampala, Bash Luks completed his high school education at St. Matia Mulumba Secondary School before enrolling at Muteesa I Royal University to pursue a Diploma in Art and Design. However, financial challenges prevented him from completing his studies, prompting a significant pivot in his career path.
Faced with the uncertainty of his future, Bash Luks turned to music, an industry he hoped would provide both creative fulfillment and financial stability. With support from his family, he launched a recording studio named Big Size Entertainment. The studio managed to record tracks for several notable artists, including Sama Sojah, Jim Siizer, Shaxx Mc, Bx Muzik, and many others.
In 2016, Bash Luks achieved a milestone when Big Size Entertainment signed Jim Siizer as its first artist. However, by 2018, the studio encountered operational challenges, leading to its closure due to differing interests among its team members.
Following the dissolution of Big Size Entertainment, Bash Luks produced a new chapter in his career with the establishment of Lot Fire Records. This new label aims to continue fostering artistic expression and providing a platform for musicians.
