Speaking to WBS TV, Kasirye said that Mutale should heed to advice of Chief of Defence Forces Gen. Katuma Wamala who warned serving army officers to get out of politicking.

“Kakoza Mutale should get out of politics if he is still in the military. Gen. Katumba Wamala just warned all serving officers to get out of this game…maybe; he is getting orders from somewhere I don’t know. But who is he? Just a major…where does he get money? Where does he get logistics to feed those people?” Gwanga wondered in an interview with WBS on Monday.

“You’re supposed to be doing agricultural stuff and all that… developmental projects. Get out of politics,” Kasirye Gwanga warned Kakooza Mutale.

Mutale came to lime light; capturing media attention recently after The East African newspaper revealed that he is training a group of youth in Luweero to neutralize political opponents who are likely to challenge President Museveni in the 2016 polls.

Mutale is likely to face Gen Mugisha Muntu, Col. Kizza Besigye Gen. David Tinyefuza, Gen. Benon Biraro and former Prime Minister Amama Mbabazi who all have turned against Museveni.

“Mbabazi and Tinyefuza fear me. They know what I am capable of. I don’t want to disclose what they should expect, but you will see,” Kakooza Mutale told The East African newspaper.

In 2001, Mutale formed Kalangala Action Plan (KAP), a militia which was accused by the Opposition of torturing its supporters and interference in the electoral processes in the country.
