Meat Section At Shoprite Naalya Closed Over Selling Rotten Meat
Rotten and expired meat was found on sale at Shoprite Naalya Branch
Today morning KCCA officials closed the meat section at Shoprite, Naalya branch after they were found selling rotten and expired packed meat to its customers
The Crackdown by KCCA has seen several big supermarkets around town closed for selling expired products.
The workers and the head of the meat section at the supermarket were arrested and will be charged in courts of law for selling expired products.
Recently Tuskys supermarket, Bwaise branch was found selling expired bread.
KCCA has vowed to continue with the crackdown such that the customers are not given expired products.
