MEDIA SIEGE DAY 5: Pius Bigirimana Transfered to Gender Ministry

In a sign of changing Times and the Growing Power of the Media, President Yoweri Museveni has Transferred Embattled OPM permanent Secretary Pius Bigirimana to the Ministry of Gender where he will be working under New minister Mary Karooro Okurut, Bigirmana is Blamed by sections of the media and civil society for the loss of over 50billion shillings at OPM,something he denies pointing fingers at his Then Principal Accountant Geofrey Kazinda,whom he says stole the Money with out his Knowledge. Kazinda is Currently Prosecuted over the same issue.in other changes the President Named Deputy Secretary to the Treasury Kieth Muhakanizi as the New Secretary to the Treasury,he Replaces Chris Kasami who retired Earlier this Month.

No wonder, the status quo will be judged by history, where there has never been prosecution in this regime rather than change of positions, like playing a game in Luganda called Mweso, so no fundamentals, so thats why the call always remains to uproot the whole status quo.
