Mirinda Miss Teen search thrills Buddo Students

Students of Buddo Secondary School were yesterday, July 14, fascinated with fun and entertainment to blossom during the ongoing Mirinda Miss Teen search project, courtesy of Crown Beverages Limited (CBL).
The show that started at 2 pm saw a number of students crowd the basketball spot to have their fair share of entertainment.
The gig started with performances by students talented in singing and dancing whilst ‘mess with your senses’ technical acts on stage.
Later on, ambitious students; Nandera Elizabeth, Nambejja Winnie, and Deborah Exodus Rabbi stepped on stage narrating their business ideas as they won different prizes respectively.
Hosted by MC Panda, students were astonishingly happy when he challenged one of the teachers, known as ‘Professor’ to dance and later mime a love song ‘Gutuja’ by B2C and Rema dedicating it to one of his friendly female teacher-Sarah. The two had a cheerful round of applause.

Showcasing beauty with brains in competition for Mirinda Miss Teen, Buddo Secondary School, Mukisa Elizabeth out-competed the rest; Ndagire Patricia and Mbabazi Rebecca as judged by; Ahabwe Patience- Mirinda Miss Teen 2013, DJ Gero and one Shakirah of NBS TV.
John Blag was the quest performing as he thrilled students doing his best to sing; ‘Tukonectinge, Kamotoka, Do dat’ among others.

In the last category of Miss fashionista, Kyomuhendo Edith’s fashion creativity was the best of the rest compared to design ideas by Nnanyombi Agnes and Nakiberu Ursula ideas. Her’s (Edith) was uniquely polished with Mirinda soft drink bottle crowns. Models showcased different gorgeous fashion outfits by the designers on stage leaving many longing for more.
