Uganda U20 Women Provisional Squad For Senegal Summoned

After the Uganda U20 Women team eliminating Mozambique 8-0 on aggregate to reach this level, Today the  National Football Team head coach Ayub Khalifa Kiyingi has summoned a provisional squad of 28 players to begin preparations for the forthcoming FIFA U20 Women’s World Cup Qualifier matches against Senegal.
According to information from Fufa communication director Ahmed Hussein, The Queen Cranes will enter a residential camp this weekend on  Sunday to embark on preparations.
The Kawempe Muslim Secondary School players, Captain Hadijah Nandago and assistant captain Phiona Nabulime have been left out because they will be sitting for their  Senior six examinations.
Uganda will face Senegal in Dakar between November  10th -12th  2023 before the two teams face off in Uganda on 18th at FUFA Technical Centre, Njeru.
It should be noted that there will be one more round after the second round to determine the four teams that will represent Africa at next year’s FIFA U20 Women’s World Cup in Colombia.
