Womanizing has killed dev’t in Busoga region, stop blaming Museveni- Lumumba reveals

The Minister in charge of General duties, Office of the Prime Minister Kasule Lumumba has revealed that Womanizing has killed the big part of Busoga Development.

She made the remarks last Friday at Basoga Nsadhu Memorial Technical institute in Namutumba Town council District while on drive to popularize the Parish Development Model Programme in the region. She was meeting district councilors, heads of departments and many others.

She cautioned men to stop using the funds under PDM from government to marry more wives.

She also told off from Busoga region to stop blaming President Yoweri Museveni for the poverty in the area. She said the government has always come up with same different projects across the nation but Busoga people have misused them.
