Oulanyah was a loving husband-In laws

The family of the fallen Speaker Jacob Oulanya’s late wife, Dorothy Nangwale described him as a loving and responsible father and husband.
Late Oulanyah’s in laws who hail from Bugisu said the late speaker has been supportive until his death.
Dorothy was his first wife. She was a child activist and a daughter of the late Abner Nangwale, who was works minister in the Obote 11 government died in 2009 of a cardiac arrest at Mulago Hospital.

Dorothy left behind three children; Harold Adiyu, Ezra Audu and Karen Atim.
Susan Nangwale, Dorothy’s elder sister, said the former speaker has left a big gap in their family that may not be easy to fill. She added that they will always remember him as someone who cared for them and a responsible father who never shied away from paying school fees for his children.
“ The Oulanyah I knew was very principled. When our sister passed away we thought that was the end of our relationship with him but he continued supporting us. Our late father had started a project to build a church, but the fallen speaker before his death it was complete” Susan said.
Susan revealed that they don’t have money the Speaker had but they will continue supporting and standing with his children.
