Balaam Drags Radio To Court
Promoter Balaam Barugahara
Days after issuing a 48hour ultimatum to singer Moze Radio, events promoter Balaam Barugahare has dragged the singer to courts of law.
The events guru accuses Radio of issuing defamatory statements against him while at their Best of Radio and Weasel concert at Hotel Africana earlier this month.
Via Galisonga and Company Advocates, Balaam issued an intention to sue notice to Moze Radio but the latter proved too stubborn and rubbished the notice.
On 21st May, Balaam gave Radio 48hrs to apologize but all in vain, prompting him to file a law suit against the singer.
Apparently, the plaintiff seeks over 300M compensation in damages inflicted on him and his professional image.
