Barcelona have allowed Brazilian forward Philippe Coutinho to leave on loan

Tottenham is considering a late move for Philippe Coutinho after Barcelona confirmed they will allow him out on loan.
The former Liverpool midfielder is keen on a return to the Premier League and Tottenham are assessing options as Manchester United discuss a potential bid for Christian Eriksen.
Eriksen has one year left on contract and Daniel Levy will listen to substantial offers though United have yet to make their interest formal.
