According to the recent photos and their intriguing captions, the Ghetto first family has nothing left to hide since she is publically parading her bulging tummy.

Apparently, she is now 62kgs from the previous 56kgs confirming that she is truly heavy with Bobi Wine’s fourth child.

The development comes as a confirmation to the already viral speculations that sparked off after realizing that Barbie had unceremoniously gone missing from the social scene.
