CAF U23 OLYMPIC QUALIFIERS; Uganda to Face Rwanda

Uganda Kobs (U-23 football side) will play Rwanda in the first round of the CAF U-23 Olympic qualifiers.
Rwanda is to host the Kobs in the first leg on the weekend of May 22 – 24, 2015 before Uganda hosts the return match a week later on a venue that will be later on be announced by FUFA.
The winner between two sides will face Egypt in the last round of qualification for the CAF U-23 Championship, scheduled for December 5-19 in Senegal and the tournament will attract eight teams.
The top three sides at this continental event will qualify for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games.
Uganda started the preparations for the Rwanda tie on Sunday when 44 players were summoned and started training at Phillip Omondi Stadium – Lugogo.
